By accessing this website, purchasing a course, creating an account, or using any services provided by Brian Koster, LLC d/b/a EmpowerED Professional Learning ("EmpowerED Professional Learning," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

EmpowerED Professional Learning is operated by Brian Koster, LLC d/b/a EmpowerED Professional Learning. We provide instructor-guided online professional learning experiences designed for educators, schools, and districts.

All courses are delivered digitally through the Moodle learning platform. Unless otherwise stated, course purchases include 365 days of access beginning on the date of enrollment.

Courses may include videos, downloadable resources, activities, assessments, templates, quizzes, and certificates.

User accounts are licensed to one individual only. Sharing usernames or passwords is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Payment is required before access to paid courses is granted. Prices are listed on individual course pages and may change without notice. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

Refund requests are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that you have reviewed that policy.

Certificates are awarded only after successful completion of all required course components.

EmpowerED Professional Learning does not guarantee that professional development hours, certificates, or course completion will be accepted by any employer, school district, state licensing agency, certification board, or other organization.

Participants are solely responsible for verifying whether a course satisfies professional development, certification renewal, licensure renewal, salary advancement, or continuing education requirements before enrolling.

All videos, presentations, downloadable resources, templates, assessments, graphics, written materials, and other course content remain the intellectual property of Brian Koster, LLC d/b/a EmpowerED Professional Learning.

You may download provided resources for your own professional or classroom use. Materials may not be copied, shared, redistributed, uploaded elsewhere, resold, republished, or used to create competing educational products without prior written permission.

Course materials may not be uploaded into artificial intelligence systems for redistribution, commercial reuse, AI model training, or creation of competing educational products without prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse this website or learning platform, including attempting unauthorized access, sharing accounts, distributing malicious software, violating copyright, interfering with website operations, or engaging in abusive or unlawful conduct.

EmpowerED Professional Learning reserves the right to improve, revise, update, replace, or remove course content, videos, downloadable resources, activities, quizzes, or assessments to maintain instructional quality and accuracy.

Updates do not extend the original 365-day enrollment period unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to courses or services if these Terms are violated, including unauthorized sharing of accounts or course materials, misuse of the website, or unlawful conduct.

Courses and educational materials are provided for informational and professional learning purposes only.

While we strive to provide accurate, current, practical, and evidence-informed content, EmpowerED Professional Learning makes no guarantee that course content will be complete, error-free, accepted by every employer, or applicable to every educational setting.

Except as required by applicable law, all courses, website content, downloadable resources, and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brian Koster, LLC d/b/a EmpowerED Professional Learning shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or any course.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes become effective upon posting the revised version to this website. Continued use of the website or our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
